Pistol 5×5 (Start greasing the groove…do additional reps periodically throughout the day)
L-sit

Note: This gymnastic/skill portion can be done at anytime during the day. If you have a choice, do it a few hours before or after the strength/metcon.

Midline Stability: (click on exercise for demo)

10 tuck-ups
10 V-ups
10 leg circles left
10 leg circles right

Strength:

Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs)

Metcon:

10.9.8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1

KB Swings
Chinups

*Accelerate the kettlebell on the downswing – aka a “power swing”
