Sport Technique work (GS, running, oly snatch/clean and jerk)

Strength:

Squat 3×5 (ascending sets, so each working set the weight is increased, as opposed to doing “sets across” which is the same weight for each set.

Metcon:

10  Barbell Back squats
15  pushups

5 Rounds – Rest at least one minute between rounds

 

WOD II:

15 Kettlebell Swings
10 Box Jumps (find something about 15″ off the group and jump onto it. Step backwards off.)
10 Sit ups

5 Rounds for Time
