Abwheel Rollout: 5×5 (hold at extension. Perform after metcon if possible.)

Strength:

Push Press 3×5 (ascending, stop if PR)

Metcon:

3 Push Press (95lbs)
5 Box Jumps
3 Chins

AMRAP 10 minutes

 

WOD II
5 Walk Out Pushups
5 Box Jumps (step back off the box)
5 Kettlebell woodchops each side (Keep stomach tight through this motion, keep the twisting of the core to a minimum. Also, this guy has no eyebrows.)
