EMOTM for 10minutes:

3 Weighted Pull Ups
Max Rep Power Cleans 75%-80% of 1 RM

Post loads used and reps to comments.

WOD II:

5 two handed KB swings
5 single arm swings RT
5 single arm swings LT
5 hand to hand swings
5 Goblet squats

8 rounds for time

*keep strict form, especially on single arm swings

After the WOD:

Midline stability:

Your choice of situps, planks, or KB wood hoppers
