WOD I:

“Death by Ball Slam”

Every 30 seconds, perform 2 deadlifts at 80% of 1rm, and as many ball slams as the round.

Example:

2 Deadlifts 315
1 Ball slam
(rest until next 30 second interval)
2 Deadlfits 315
2 Ball Slams
(rest until next 30 second interval)
2 Deadlifts 315
3 Ball Slams

Continue until unable to complete ball slams within the thirty second interval.

Post load and rounds to comments.

 

WOD II:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

KB Swings
Burpees

(10 swings, 10 burpees, 9 swings, 9 burpees…)

For time.
