Back squat: 1×10, 1×8, 3×6
Pullups (palms away): 2 sets max reps

Metcon:

10 Goblet squats
10 Pushups
10 V ups

5 rounds for time.

Rest 5 minutes, then perform 50 burpees for time.

    Subbed chair pulls, 5 and 4

    Subbed 5 air squats, 5 knee push-ups, 10 V-ups and went to 5 V-ups in round 3 – 3:53

    Subbed 20 burpees – 2:39
