Rest.

Coming up this week: Spartan Test. We will use the following WODs to establish baseline data for the end of the next cycle.

Day 1: 7 minute kettlebell swing AMRAP/7 minute squat AMRAP

Day 2: Max Chins/Max Pushups/Max Press

Day 3: 7 minute snatch (or high pull) AMRAP/

Day 4: 7 minute Burpee AMRAP

Day 5: 5k Run

I will make a single post on Monday laying out the WODs and the standards for the week. Write down your results each day and then make a single reply to the post on Saturday. This will make it easier for me to keep track of your information.
