Test WOD 5 – Change of Plans

Test WOD 5 is now a 1-mile run. This will help us stay within the 6-12 minute time domain we have been/will be training in, as well as give better recovery for the weekend.

    1 mile 9:50 (treadmill set at .5% incline) I REFUSE to run in cold, rainy or icy conditions)

    Chins – 4 (.75 🙂 )
