Practice:
Kettlebell figure 8
Kettlebell tactical lunge – Please don’t wear gloves, but notice the back stays straight and the chest remains open as the kettlebell passes under the legs.
Kettlebell Halos

Strength:

Pullups – 2x max reps
Kettlebell deadlift
 10 reps each leg, then switch sides. 4 sets.

Metcon:

15-14-13…

Kettlebell swings
Air squats
Pushups
