W1D6 – Yay Burpees

Warmup:

Practice Kettlebell snatch
Practice Thruster

Strength:
Pullups – static hold in the top position till failure  – 3x
Kettlebell Reverse Lunge – 3×10

Metcon:

Burpee – 2 minute AMRAP
rest 1 minute
Burpee – 2 minute AMRAP
rest 1 minute
Burpee – 2 minute AMRAP
rest 1 minute

*2 minutes will come quick, so gogogogogo

Post reps each round and total reps.

Midline:

10 V-ups
10 Tuckups

  1. No kettlebells, subbed 3 x 12 pike presses

    Burpees – 22,17,16
    Total -55

    SkIpped abs in the interest of time. I’ll do me tomorrow along with kettlebell practice.
