Practice:
Kettlebell figure 8
Kettlebell lunge
Kettlebell Halos

Strength:

Pullups – 3x max reps
Pushups – 3x max reps

Rest as needed.

Metcon:

10 Kettlebell Jumping Squats
20 Kettlebell two-hand swings
100m run

5 rounds

Rest three minutes, then:

4 minute burpee AMRAP

    8:15? i almost got run over by no turn lawnmower so had to move locations, time and distance is fuzzy.
