Single-arm swings
H2H swings
Clean
Press
Thruster
Front squat
Figure 8
Goblet Squat
Lunge
Halo (10 each direction)
Single-Leg Deadlift

    40# slam ball
    Total reps: 99 (I don’t remember how many reps of each but feel free to add that in Phil)
