So, OK. I was doing mobility WOD today. Going fine. I’d do the exercises and then do 3-4 light weight (70#) squats to check range of motion. Working really well. Got lower than ever. 3rd round – “BOING” back strains. So here’s what I think….flexibility and I don’t get along. Maybe I’ll stick with parallel squats. Those have worked for 40 years.
