Ten Reps to Kettlebell Perfection

This is an untimed WOD – more practice than a workout -technique and consistency are the priorities here.

Go as heavy as possible while still being sharp – use different weights of kettlebells if needed.

2 rounds: (or more if you’re feeling good.)

10 reps of each (10 per arm or per leg when applicable)

Double-arm swings
Single-arm swings
H2H swings
Clean
Snatch
Press
Push press
Thruster
Front squat
Figure 8
Goblet Squat
Lunge
Halo (10 each direction)
Single-Leg Deadlift
