60 min:

Light goblet/air squats
Pullups
Pushups (off rings if you have them)
Swings
Box Jumps

(HR 120-150)

*You can split this up any way you want – run it straight through as a circuit, make a triplet, do a bunch of rounds, and then move on to a couplet, etc.

  1. Subbed run/walk keeping HR between 120-150. Had to multi-task with the getting the dogs exercise. Also my shoulders were still dominated from Burpee City.
