Kettlebell swings until you reach 60 minutes.

  1. Still letting my legs get use to VFF’s, so I went out for a 1/2 mile run…
    Got back and my calves were already shot.
    Then did 100 or 125 KB swings @ 35#.
    Instead of going for another run, I did a hodgepodge of KB exercises which included snatches, ballistic rows, windmills, and eveil wheels that brought my total time up to 45 minutes.
    Thorough stretch after.
