4 Rounds:

1 minute RT kettlebell half-snatch
1 minute LT kettlebell half-snatch
30s rest

1 minute RT jerk
1 minute LT jerk

WOD 3: 

120 kettlebell jumping squats for time.

      1. I put them on my back only because that’s what they did in the video that was posted on here. I’d think letting it hang wouldn’t let you get deep enough into the squat, at least for me. I’m ass to grass all the way when it comes to squats. If you didn’t want it on your back, you could hold it as a goblet squat, and torch your core. It doesn’t really specify though. I haven’t decided what I’m going to do yet.

  1. Did my own thing tonight, might do this one after my rest day. Did Deck of Death.
    Diamonds – Knees to Elbows , Hearts – 2 KB Clean and press 35#, Spades – 53# Goblet Squats , Clubs – 2 count Single arm swings. Epic! 32:23.
