40 goblet squats
50 kettlebell swings (each arm)
60 burpees

    53# rows ea arm
    35# Goblets
    35# Swings
    burpees (almost 7 mn by themselves)

    Oh my goodness. Watched MWOD on shoulder mobility and hip position for low back problems. Only by God’s grace was I as strong as I was and only injured my back as little (?) as I did. My form stinks. I have a lot of light weight retraining to do.
