WOD 2:

7 rounds for time:

7 pullups
10 kb push press each arm
10 single arm swings each arm
25 air squats

WOD 3:

3x max pushups

    5 pullups
    5 pistol grip push press each arm
    10 SAKBS each arm
    20 air squats
    + 5 pullups and 5 pistol grip push press each arm

    Total time: 12:00

    I had to cut it short because I felt my right hamstring start to tighten up.
