  1. Im right with you Pastor. Im trying to get back into the swing (no pun intended) of things.

    2 rounds of SAKBS @ 2:00/arm/round: 35 each arm per round
    2 rounds of SAKBPP @ 1:00/arm/round: 10 each arm per round

    Handful of ab exercises.
    32 pullups (8 each of neutral, chins, and wide grip)
    20 pushups with feet on physio ball.

    I’m sure I will be very sore tomorrow.
