WOD1:

Tempo Pushups
Max hollow rocks in between sets of pushups

WOD2:

Complete 5 rounds for time:

20 kettlebell overhead walking lunges
10 Box jumps – 20″ box
7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Kettlebell Sport

Deadlift 2×5 (+10 from last week)

9 heavy snatches each arm, then rest 1 minute – 12 rounds

Weighted pull-up/dip AMRAP 15 minutes

Row 8×625– 1minute rest between rounds

Record weights used and time for rowing
