Burpees
Heavy two-handed swings
Push press (switch arms as needed)
Air Squat

Rest one minute after each movement

12heavy one-arm jerks each arm, rest 1 minute – 10 rounds
rest as needed
12 heavy one-arm snatches each arm, rest 1 minute – 10 rounds

    On a personal note, I respectfully request that air squats be put closer to the start of the wod, so i don’t have to smell my sweaty butt everytime I squat towards the end of the workout.
