  1. So I admit to being slow BUT…I did the workout, I just did the wrong order for the exercises…push press…no reaching for stuff up high tonight!
    3x4min push press 35# 68-50-40
    3x4min,3min,2min swings 35# 80,65,43
    8min jump squat body weight
    1st set for 1 min 40
    15-15-15-10-9-9-9
