12 walking overhead lunges (Alternate hands each round)
12 single-arm swing LT
12 push press (6R/6L)

Kettlebell Sport

Pull-up ladder

Sport level snatch/jerk

20min weighted stepups (kettlebells in a backpack, or holding on your back. Minimize grip involvement)
