6 minute push press

*switch arms as needed
*half-snatch is a snatch, but lower into the rack position, pause, then drop through the legs.

Kettlebell sport

Squat 5×2

Sport level jerk/snatch or long cycle

3 rounds:

2 minute jumping squats (with kettlebell)
1 minute rest

    Jerk Sets – 17, 16, 18
    Snatch Sets – 29/30, 30/30, 28/28

    Jumping Squats:
    Double 16KG bells – 21, 25, 30

    Notes – struggled with the snatch sets, next workout will be at level 8.
