Both GPP and Kettlebell Sport

Light/run/bike/row/jump rope and mobility work.

It’s important that you get out and do something to keep everything moving. This is LIGHT aerobic work with mobility mixed in. For example, you might do something like:

Jog 400m
Hip mobility
Jog 400m
Light jump rope
Calf/ankle mobility
Foam rolling

And call it good. “Light” is of course relative to your fitness. Think of this as a 30-45minute warm-up for tomorrow.
