Both GPP and kettlebell sport

AMRAP 15 minutes:

10 KB Swings RT- heavy as possible
25 yard One Arm Farmer Walk with KB in rack position – right
10 KB Swings LT – heavy as possible
25 yard One Arm Farmer Walk with KB in rack position – left

WOD 2 (optional):

As many rounds of 5 pullups as possible, 30s rest.
*scale to get more rounds, rather than more reps per round

  1. Couldn’t do WOD’s as RX. Too dark yet to see what I was doing. maybe later.

    Did instead 15mn of step ups with 70# in rack and hanging positions. Walked two miles with Ella. Will do pullups throughout the day.

    22 rounds. Felt Great today!

  3. WOD 1: Lost track of how many rounds I did. Used a 24kg bell and didn’t rest or set the bell down for the full 15 min.

    WOD 2: Dead hang pull ups – 6 rounds.

    Did 7.5 rnds, not sure my rack position is 100% currect, seemed awkward.

    Did some rnds, but didn’t count. Scaled to suit me.
