Both Kettlebell Sport and GPP

3 rounds not for time:

25 hollow rocks
20 pushups
25 superman rocks

WOD 2:

20 minutes kettlebell step ups
*I suggest resting the kettlebell on your back like a jumping squat, or putting the kettlebell in a backpack so that grip isn’t a factor.

Post total “ascents” and weight used to comments.
