WOD 1:

3x max hanging leg raise
*straight leg – harder, bent leg – easier

WOD 2:

1mi run

10minute AMRAP:
2 single arm swings RT
2 kb squats RT
2 push press RT
2 single arm swings RT
Repeat the complex with LT for 1 round

1mi run

*go directly from run to the complex to the run
*post times of both miles and the number of rounds performed
