  2. Wish I had a good excuse for the Goblet squats…just feeling sorry for myself I guess…

    Goblet squat: 15-17-21
    Push-ups: 34-50-92
    Jumping lunges: 42-54-58
    Pull-ups: 21-24-27

  3. Testing Tomorrow. Wish me luck.

    Today did 30 minutes of Joint Mobility and light (8kg and 12kg) long cycle and double half snatches.
