20 walking kb lunges
10 pushups
5 pullups

  1. 9.5 (I finished the 10th after the buzzer) rounds w/ 2 12kg bells.
    I started with 2 20kg bells but soon realized that there was no way I would be able to lunge those for more than a few rounds.
