15min AMRAP:

200m run
5 Pullups
10 Air Squats
10 Pushups
10 heavy kettlebell Swings

Kettlebell Sport

Sport Level Snatch (4 rounds)

Heavy one-arm jerks – fast – 8 reps each arm, rest 30s between reps – 10 rounds if possible

KB step-ups – 25 minutes

  1. I was very inefficient with this workout.. my run was closer to 300 and there was a little more distance between exercises than I should have set up. Anyways–

    5 rounds + run, 3 pullups

    I probably should have pushed myself a little harder on my runs, I recovered a little faster than I should have been able to. I felt like I could have gone at least 5-10 more minutes at the same pace… my bad.
