2min max air squats
2min max kettlebell swings
2min max push press
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
Each 2 minute round should be FAST (of course, safely). We are trying to generate as much work within the two minutes as possible.
60-90min moderate intensity GPP work (jump rope, run, pushups, pullups, etc). Heart rate should be kept low throughout the duration.
