For 10min:

1min heavy Kettlebell swings
1min burpees…..

Post weight used and total reps (add swings and burpees) to comments.

Don’t do anything extra. This is it.

Rest 15 minutes

5min jerk – competition weight



  1. Kettlebell Sport Trainig:
    5 min snatch, 24kg, 30 Left, 31 Right – Good set. Could have continued on at that pace or maybe a little faster.
    5 min jerk, double 24kg, 41 reps – Great set. each set got faster and faster. Was not trying to push, Just bringing myself up to pace.

    I assume rest tomorrow or maybe a really light set for some active recovery?
