30-90 minutes low intensity work. Preferably low impact (rowing, airdyne, bike, swings). But keep it consistent pace, low intensity, long duration.

  1. 30 minutes on the aerodyne 8.3 miles and 380 calories
    then 100 situps/Russian twists with weight and a two mile walk with Ella
    did some flexibility(?) work with OVS with a pvc pipe
