8 double arm kb push press (24kg)
50m walking lunge
15 heavy double arm swings

Rest and then finish with midline work, I.e. v-ups, sit-ups, knees to elbows, planks, etc.



  1. Was out on a travel today and the hotel didn’t have any kettlebells. Used dumbells instead.
    Push press with two 12kg.
    Lunges with bodyweight.
    Swings with one 20kg
    Total time 14min.
    Finished of with
    V-ups 15, 15, 15
    Plank push ups 60s, 60s, 60s
