Both KB Sport and GPP

Kettlebell Sport include snatch technique work

WOD 1:

3x max pull-ups
3x max push-ups

WOD 2:

10 rounds:

15 jumping squats (bodyweight only, no kb)
10 heavy two handed swings
100m run
Walk back to start (rest 1-2 minutes between efforts)

    73# (33.5kg) swings
    first 5 rnds ran 100m. I was just coasting so last 5rnds ran 50m. Not running, but still faster than walking.
