30-90 minutes aerobic base work.



  1. Hey All,

    My plan is to do the following tomorrow morning:

    Warmup: Mob Work, 3 mins Jump rope x 3

    1 x Mile (~1.6km) @ 6:30/mi pace
    30 mins Spinning – 30 sec sprint / 60 sec jog intervals
    1 x Mile @ 7:30 pace

    Cash in: 20 Pullups

    I’ll tell you how it goes!

    1. Yup… Old man kept me late and I wanted to make judo class. So I just Spun for 30 minutes (30/60 sprint:jog). I got home and did a quick set of 3×10 Heavy KB Swings, Floor Press, and Rows.
