15 R leg unloaded Bulgarian split squat
15 L leg unloaded BSS



  1. WU: TRX Chest Press. Strict Pull Ups, TRX Hip Raise/Hamstring Curl

    Wod#1: 5 Rounds w/ 20 seconds to spare (held in plank)

    Wod#2: 5 Rounds + 7 rope skips. (w/ 32kg/70lbs KB & TRX for Bulg. Split Squats)

    Cool Down: Neck Bridges and Russian Twists w/ 20lbs Medicine Ball
