Alternate between Handstand/handstand pushup practice and chin-ups at 80-90% effort

WOD:

Four rounds:
4 minute AMRAP:
8 heavy two arm swings
5 goblet squats
5 push-ups
Rest 2:30

  1. Still sore after the weekend, so I did a lighter workout.

    Wod 1: 4 rounds of 30s handstand hold and 6 strict chin-ups.

    Wod 2: 2 rounds as prescribed, with 24 kg KB. Round 1: 4, Round 2: 3
