WOD 2:

10min AMRAP:

1 clean RT
1 kb front squat RT
1 jerk RT

Repeat with left arm = 1 round.

Post total rounds and weight used to comments.

Cash-out:

4 minute pushup test – as many push-ups as possible in 4 minutes, does not have to be unbroken.

    WOD: 34 rounds with 24 kg kettlebell

    Cash-out: Did 10×5 push ups easy pace because of chest injury.
