20 reverse lunges (10/10
Rest two minutes

Rest 10 minutes, then

30 double arm swings
20 burpees
10 box jumps
20 burpees
30 double-arm swings

    WOD#1 24kg press/16kg lunges 10:22 minutes incl rests
    WOD#2 33kg swings 19″ box for step ups 8:48:57
    Swings/burpees tough to breathe during burpees. Burpees/swings a lot easier.
