6 sets: 30s/30s kettlebell swings 70/53
rest 3 minutes
6 sets: 30s/30s double kettle bell or dumbbell push press 16kg – “rest” in the overhead position – arms straight elbows locked
rest 3 minutes
6 sets: 30s/30s L-hang

Score is total reps, (not including l-hang)

  1. Ok…not as bad as I thought until push presses. Failed to hold by 2nd rnd. (Couldn’t remember the count either so had to write it down after each rnd). Used 33kg for swings. These gassed me. Total score: 285
