6 minute AMRAP:
6 overhead walking lunges 24kg/16kg – right arm
10 double-arm swings
6 overhead walking lunges 24kg/16kg – left arm
10 double-arm swings
4 minute rest
6 minute AMRAP:
10 single-arm swings – left arm
5 front rack squats – left arm
Repeat with right arm
4 minute rest
6 minute AMRAP:
Burpee box jumps – perform a burpee, but jump onto a box instead of straight into the air. Stand fully on the box to demonstrate control then step down. Repeat for 6 minutes.
