Part I:

4 rounds:
Pullups – max with 2 count pause in top and bottom position
Double kettlebell strict press – max reps with 2 count pause in top and bottom position
rest 2 minutes

Part 2:
4 rounds:
Ring dips – max with 2 count pause in top and bottom position
Kettlebell reverse lunges – kettlebells in farmers carry position, 8-12 reps each leg
rest 2 minutes

Part 3:
4 rounds for time:
20 32kg double-arm swings
15 burpees

  1. Part I Pullups 7-7-6-6 Press (24kg) 8-7-7-6
    Part 2 Dips 8-8-6-7 Lunges (2 16kg) 8-7-5-7 each leg ( lots of partial reps. When I lost balance I didn’t count rep. )
    Part 3 did 4 sets of 45 swings with 24kg. Burpees weren’t going to happen today.
