12 minutes Turkish Get-up Practice – Alternate arms – Good movement is priority over weight and speed

3 Rounds:

2 minutes right arm:
2 Single-arm swings
2 cleans
2 front squat
2 push press
rest 1 minute

Repeat with left arm, then rest two minutes

Post total reps across all three rounds to comments.

Cash-out: 4 minute L-Hang

    That was more an arse kicker than I thought. Especially since the rep count was low.
