Saturday – March 7

3 minute each arm – kettlebell snatch
rest 4 minutes
2 minute each arm – kettlebell snatch
rest 3 minutes
1 minute each arm – kettlebell snatch

rest 5-10 minutes

10 minute AMRAP:
1…2…3…
Double-arm swings (as heavy as possible)
Burpees

Perform 1 swing then 1 burpee. 2 swings then 2 burpees 3……etc, until time runs out.

If time,

4 rounds (work hard but don’t get crazy with this work)

1 minute pullups or chinups
1 minute pushups
1 minute hollow hold

  1. Started with 5×5 ladders dbl clean/press with 24kg. Then,

    3 minute snatch with 20kg 41/40
    2 minute snatch with 20kg 24/23
    1 minute snatch with 20 kg 13/14

    Then Double arm swing ladder (no burpees) with 24kg 1…11
