set 1: 5 reps
set 2: 4 reps
set 3: 3 reps
set 4: 2 reps
set 5: 1 rep

restart back at 5 reps. continue until you reach 50

Snatch – 3 sets of 3:00/3:00left arm/2:00rest

Rest 5 to 10 minutes

One-Arm clean and Jerk – 3 sets of 3:00 right arm/3:00 left arm/1:30 Rest
