10 Swings
Goblet Squat 1 rep
15 Swings
Goblet Squat 2 reps
25 Swings
Goblet Squat 3 reps
50 Swings
Rest 30-60 seconds; repeat 4 more times.



  1. Looks like a great workout routine for Kettlebell beginners and intermediate. My regime is nowhere close to this, I do almost double the swings and goblet squats everyday. I has however taken me time to build strength and master kettlebell workout.
